Delivery FAQs

Payment Method: All orders require pre-payment.

Delivery of your order: Your order will be shipped via regular ground service with a major carrier (unless otherwise arranged). Please include a street address for delivery - no P.O. Boxes or APO's please.

Production Time: Due to the nature of your customized product please allow the following amount of time for your order.

Stock Medallion and Pin Orders (without personalization): can be shipped in 72 hours upon request.

Personalized Items: Please allow 7-10 working days production time & 1 week for ground shipment.

Rush Orders Accepted: Please call our toll free order desk 1-800-444-9569 for more information.

Shipping & Handling Charges: Ground shipping is 10% of your order total with a minimum shipping charge of $15.00.

For Rush Orders: Air delivery is available for an additional charge please call our order desk for more information.

Artwork FAQs

Camera Ready Artwork: for logo's, photos and art images camera ready art is necessary for the best possible image reproduction.

Please provide us with your art using the following guidelines:

  • Clean camera ready black & white art (unless ordering color subligraphics - clear color copy needed for this process
  • Format PC Computer Files or Hard copies of art can be received. Computer files can be in the following format. .TIF, .JPG, Bitmap .BMP, Corel Draw version 11 or less .CDR
  • Size of Art: Hard copy size should be larger than the finished size of product if possible. Computer images need to be at least 200 dpi in the finished size to produce well (300 dpi preferred).
  • Art can be sent via e-mail to: graphics@a-1awards.com
  • Clean Up: an art clean up charge of $50.00/hour will be charged if your art does not meet the above guidelines. You will be notified if you are being charged this fee.
